1. Service Description

CompressFast is an online image compression tool providing browser-side image compression, format conversion, resizing, watermarking, and more.

1.1 Free Tier

• Up to 20/batch, 400 free/month
• Max 10MB per file
• PNG / JPEG / WebP output formats
• Core compression, resizing, and format conversion free

1.2 Pro Tier

• One-time $24.99 purchase, lifetime access, no subscription
• Up to 500/batch, 50MB per file
• AVIF output, watermark, custom presets, scene presets, and more

2. User Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to the images you process, or have obtained authorization from the rights holder.
• You will not use the service for illegal purposes, including processing infringing, illegal, or inappropriate images.
• You will not attempt to abuse, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You will not use automated tools to make large-scale requests that affect other users.
• You are solely responsible for the content of images you upload and process.

3. Pro License

• Pro is a one-time purchase, valid for lifetime. No subscription or renewal.
• Each license code can be used on up to 5 devices. When switching devices, old device activations are automatically invalidated.
• License codes are for personal use only — non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-rentable.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses for abuse, including but not limited to: sharing codes with many users, reselling codes, or malicious use.
• If a license is revoked, we will notify you via the purchase email.
• Pro features may evolve with product updates. We reserve the right to adjust feature scope but will not reduce core features available at time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license code has not been activated on any device.
• Once a license code has been activated, refunds are generally not available.
• If technical issues prevent normal use of Pro features, we will first attempt email support. If unresolved, a refund may be requested.
• To request a refund, email support@compressfast.site with your purchase email and order ID.

5. Intellectual Property

• The CompressFast name, logo, website design, code, and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights.
• The intellectual property of images you upload and process always belongs to you.
• We do not claim any ownership over your images.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
• We do not guarantee that compression results will meet your specific requirements.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service, to the extent permitted by law.
• We recommend users keep original backups before compressing important images.

7. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, but will notify users in advance whenever possible.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
